These clinics are held by the health visitors for mothers and babies on Wednesday afternoons 1.00 - 3.00pm.
Flu/Pneumonia Vaccination
An flu vaccination is recommended for patients who have diabetes or have had strokes, with heart, lung liver or kidney diseases, immunosuppressed individuals, over 65 year olds, residents of nursing and rest homes and carers. Please contact the surgery in September for details of flu clinic dates. Pneumonia vaccines are available all year round.
Insurance/Vehicle Licence Medical Examinations
These are carried out by special appointment with your doctor for which a separate fee is payable.
Travel Immunisation/Travel Health Service
Please make an appointment at least six weeks in advance of your holiday to ensure adequate cover. A charge will be made for certain immunisations which are not covered by the NHS. We are registered as a yellow fever centre.
Wart And Verruca Clinics
These are available every month by appointment.
