Registration with the practice
To register with the Practice you need to visit one of our branches ( The Old Court House or Robin Hood Lane Health Centre). Please bring with you a form of ID (passport or a driving licence) and a utility bill (gass/phone/electricity bill,NOT bank statement) with your name on it.
We accept new NHS patients at both branches of the surgery every day AFTER 10 am.
We invite all of our new patients to have a New Patient Health check, which means an appointment with a health care assistant. Please book this at your registration if possible.
