Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Clinical Manager
Karol is available for the assessment and diagnosis of illness, prescription of medication, investigation or referral as required, management of long-term conditions, coil removals and postnatal examinations. Practice Nurses
Appointments with the nursing team are available for a wide variety of consultations including management of diabetes, asthma and other respiratory conditions, coronary health reviews, hypertension, contraception and family planning (including emergency family planning) and travel health. Services such as dressings, ear care and baby immunisations are also available alongside health promotion and education, smoking cessation counselling, weight loss, preconception counselling and health screening. Practice ManagerThe practice manager is responsible for the administration of the practice and would be happy to hear your views and suggestions about the service offered by the practice. Reception Team The reception staff are responsible for greeting patients on arrival, answering the telephones, entering data onto the computer, and preparing repeat prescriptions. The receptionists will refer your enquiry to the appropriate clinician. Other Members Of The Primary Health Team
District And Community NursesThese nurses are available to provide nursing procedures for housebound patients. They can be contacted daily on 020 8544 2056 and at night on 020 8540 8892 . Health Visitor Fran Jenkins (020 8407 3924/3926) is attached to the surgery. Midwife Appointments with the midwife attached to the practice are available on Friday mornings.
