We are offering a new service for 16 – 24 year olds:
We are pleased to be supporting the Public Health initiative to offer free condoms to 16 – 24 year olds. You can register online at Come Correct. You will then need to visit The Old Court House Surgery and collect your C-Card from Reception which will then entitle you to free condoms.
