Off The Record Drop-In service

Off The Record’s Sutton ‘drop-in’ counselling & sexual health service is located at OTR Sutton, at 172 Croydon Road, Beddington, CR0 4PG.

They are open every Tuesday between 3.30 pm and 5.30 pm.

You are welcome to just show up with no appointment necessary … if you are feeling nervous, why not come along with a friend?

Counselling

The drop-in counselling service provides a confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings or experiences with the support of a trained listener. It is a friendly and non-judgmental space in which you get to know and understand yourself better and think about any changes you might want to make in your life.

The Sutton counselling service is a free service for young people aged 11 to 25 years, who live in Sutton or are registered with a Sutton GP.  If you are under 14 we would prefer if you came with your parent/carer.

Sexual Health

The NHS Check It Out (CIO) Service is a confidential contraception and sexual health (CaSH) service for young people aged 13 to 19 years, providing contraceptive pills, condoms, injections emergency contraception (morning after pill), STI screening (for Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, HIV & Syphilis), pregnancy testing, pregnancy advice or referral for termination of pregnancy (abortion). They can also arrange for young people to be seen in mainstream CaSH clinics if they want an implant or IUC (coil) and can offer ongoing 1-2-1 support for young people around healthy relationships, risks and consequences of their behaviour and about keeping themselves safe.
