The Practice commits to undertaking a survey every year to understand where our services are working well and where they could be improved. The results will be published on our website and discussed at Patient Participation meetings and with Practice staff. Please complete those questions that apply. Making Appointments

Please note: - it may be considered appropriate that you see a specialist nurse rather than a GP. (If you have not registered for the on-line booking facility, bring a photo ID and a proof of your address to reception at OCH or RHL and we will get you started)

Requesting Repeat Prescriptions Online

*Did you know: - the Practice can send your approved repeat prescription requests to a pharmacist of your choosing for you to collect ready filled?

*Did you know: - we hold Open meetings of the Patient Participation Group (PPG) where you can come and have your say in confidence about the Practice’s services? We are not able to deal with personal or medical problems. We also run a Virtual Group.

If you would like to become involved in the Virtual PPG please write your email address below. Members of the Virtual PPG receive notes of meetings and are invited to attend Open meetings. They may also be consulted by email on issues raised by the Patient Reference Group or Practice.
